Kim Ward has worked tirelessly for us in the purchase and sale of our first property, as well as the recent purchase of our first house. Early 2004 was a time of skyrocketing home prices in San Diego, and with her guidance we were able to negotiate a price below market value for our first condo. Two and a half years later, it was an easy decision to choose Kim to sell our condo for us. Although at this point the market had soured dramatically and both parties and the supply of interested buyers were in freefall. Kim was completely undeterred and simply asked us to be patient.
